Verwijs Seafood can supply you with over 450 types of the freshest fish and shellfish, frozen in stock straight from our warehouse in Rilland. We supply Exotic and Western retail, ship stores, food services and meal solutions providers in Europe and far beyond.
On as many as five different (sub)continents, we utilise the production lines of local partners. This allows every product to be quickly conditioned and packaged according to the customer's wishes and brand identity.
Whole fish are portioned and packed in various formats and sizes, from consumer packs for retail to bulk intended for further processing. Verwijs Seafood prides itself in their state-of-the-art production and packaging facility, equipped with the latest technology and staffed by experienced professionals who are dedicated to giving the customer what they want.
We offer a premium brand, StarPride, which is our own brand of frozen seafood and fish products. We package our products under this brand with the highest quality and care. However, we also offer private labelling services. Our exceptional product packaged in your renowned logo.
In order to further develop the convenience of our products, we are developing smaller packaging tailored towards the needs of retail and ready-to-cook portions for 1 or 2-person households. We have started this with our 227g pasteurised blue swimming crab pots. This is half the size of the norm in hopes to minimise food waste.
