Paprika and Coriander Pan-Seared Emperor Fillets

Elevate your dinner table with our Emperor Fillets recipe. Tender fish fillets are delicately seasoned with paprika, cumin, and a hint of chili, then simmered to perfection with aromatic garlic and fresh coriander. Let's embark on a culinary adventure where simple ingredients come together to create a dish that's both flavorful and satisfying.

Ingredients:

- 4 emperor fillets

- ⁠2 round Paprika long slices 

- 2 Long paprika chopped

- 2-3 Chillis halved

- 10 garlic cloves whole 

- ⁠2 bushes of coriander

- 1/2 cup sunflower oil

- ⁠1 tbsp paprika powder

- 1tsp cumin

- ⁠1 vegetable stock cube 

Method:

1. Put the cut vegetables and whole garlic in the pan with cumin and fry 10min until soft

2. Pour in 1/2 cup of water 

3. Crumble a a vegetable stock cube and scatter on top  

4. Scatter the roughly chopped coriander 

5. Let it boil 

6. Place the fish fillets on top of everything (skin side down)

7. Mix 1tbsp paprika powder with 1/2glass of oil 

8. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets - Make sure everything is covered with the sauce 

9. Pinch of salt

10. Optional: add lemon slices on top of the fillets 

11. Cover the pan 

12. High heat until boiling again 

13. Then lower to medium heat, for a low simmer with the pan half covered

14. Regularly spread the sauce around and onto the fish so it doesn’t dry out
